Return & Refund Policy

At Cass's Casa, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below:

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at cassandraneri.design@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a return label.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to the address we provide.
  4. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cassandraneri.design@gmail.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us at cassandraneri.design@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
